HOME Emergency Medical Alert System
I really like that there is a contact list for neighbors, family and friends. The lock box is also great and convenient for the ambulance drivers. However I could never get my lock box open, I wanted to return it but the sales rep said keep it. I ordered a lock box from Amazon.

It is as good as you said it was. I have not had to test it to the fullest yet. I pray I never do. Yet, I am confident it will meet the test.

HOME Fall Detection Pendant for HOME-MXD or HOME-LTE
It seems more sensitive than the previous pendant. For example, water from a shower detected a fall.

The one thing that I'm not sure of is how much of a charge I have left after using it.

HOME & AWAY MINI GPS Medical Alert System
The system is for my 90 year old mother and so far all is good. It has taken some time to get used to, due to it's larger than her last button. Plus, she wasn't fond of the strap, so that has been replaced. Now I think we are good to go and she really appreciates it. She wears it religiously.

Thanks for your note and feedback - hopefully you'll never need to use the system, but it's there if you need it. Our prices are very competitive, but we offer higher value with 1) EMT/EMD certified operators answering your calls 2) free lockbox and 3) we are the ONLY company that sends text messages to your notification list in an emergency - fastest notification. Thanks and please remember to test regularly!

HOME & AWAY ULTRA GPS Medical Alert System
Customer service seems fine so far. My only concern is that when we initially tested the unit it seemed to work fine, but when we did an actual test by dropping the unit it took some time for the operator to find the location and respond. We actually had to take the unit outside so the operator could hear us clearly to indicate that we were only testing the unit.
