Customer service seems fine so far. My only concern is that when we initially tested the unit it seemed to work fine, but when we did an actual test by dropping the unit it took some time for the operator to find the location and respond. We actually had to take the unit outside so the operator could hear us clearly to indicate that we were only testing the unit.

I had difficulties setting up. I could not open my lockbox and your person told me to get my son. After much effort I got the lockbox to work. The illustrations for the lockbox & the button are different & confusing.

My mom needed to use the service a couple of days ago when she lost her balance and ended up on the floor. She lives alone and couldn't get up. She pushed her button and help arrived quickly, they used the lockbox key, helped her up and evaluated her for injuries. My siblings and I all received text messages so we knew what was going on pretty quick. Thank you! She is so glad we set it up for her, and so are we.
