everything is all setup and working. All the operators have been really helpful. i have had to call a few times for assistance with the lock box. it's all set and i'm happy with it all. My husband doesn't like the weight of the pendant. says it bothers his neck. but he will wear it and hopefully get used to it.. Other than that i have no complaints w/setting up etc.
I can't give a rating for the security/help part of it, because there's been no emergencies.

There is only one thing I do not like. The voice of the operators is not near as loud as our previous system. Therefore my mother cannot hear them in her bathroom which is one of the most important areas of the house.
