Best system out there! I got this for my mom when she was in her 90's and living alone. She had to use it a couple of time and Medical Care Alert let me know right away that mom took a fall. Even when she hit the button accidentally, they were very kind and helped her. Very professional staff!

I preferred a silver chain, as opposed to the lanyard that came with the Medical Alert necklace. I wanted to have another lanyard to replace the one I cut off - so if and when I return the necklace, it will have the same items that were included.

I would like to commend the company for the immediate response to calls. The problem i am experiencing is when a button is pushed accidentally, it is difficult to stop the call from going through as an emergency. This has been a concern when it happened at two events I was attending. Because this happened, I have been somewhat nervous and leave it at times. I can't complain about the response team's action to contact me. This was a good thing. The battery life can be extended also. This is important when away from the charger attending events. Again, I appreciate the fast, efficient way your team works answering calls.

Great people to work with, however the device only works in a pendant. If you try to put it in the supplied wrist band it falls out several times per day. The customer service rep said they were aware of the problem, try a rubber band. That is pretty lame. We tried the rubber band before calling them. That being said, that is our only complaint with the system.

I feel safe with your service. Each time I call with a trial call it doesn't take long for you to answer my call. The price of service could be a little lower for fixed income people. Most people I talk to about the service said they would like it but don't feel they can afford the service.
