I like the security of knowing I have help at the tip of my fingers. However I hate fighting each night to get it settled in the cradle so it charges during the night

Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate it! Make sure your charging station is plugged directly into it's own outlet receptacle (not on a power strip or extension cord). This tends to resolve any charging issues. Please call Customer Service if you need any assistance 1-877-913-3680.

<strong>DSL Filter For Medical Alert Systems</strong>
Very frustrating. Alarm went off on several occasions, once while being charged and I wasn’t even home. Another time while I was wearing it and eating a a restaurant. Surprised everyone at the table when we heard a voice saying help was on the way.

Outstanding. Although I have never had to use it, it gives great comfort to know it is available. I have shared with my 21 neighbor woman at our monthly luncheons. So far at least three have signed up.
Your personnel are exceptionally helpful, caring and professional. I especially like the 'gift' of a different bracelet that doesn't poke and stab. The woman who worked with me on that had to 'mind read' to understand my wish!! Great people to work with.

There needs to be a pendant style as not everyone is comfortable wearing something around their neck, especially at night. At this point I had to cit off the toe of a sock to put the device in so i could pen it to my mothers shirts. The belt clip clip thing is useless as it does not stay on and breaks very easy. At least thats the case of the ones we’ve had available to try. Maybe you’ve improved some of the methods to secure it to a person but I’ve not seen it yet.
