We're so glad you find your HOME & AWAY ELITE pendant dependable and easy to use! Cell phones are great, but in an emergency situation it's so much better to have a single button to press, and be connected directly to our emergency response center. We know WHO and WHERE you are, and who to NOTIFY if there is an emergency. A cell phone that calls 911 doesn't deliver the same level of service and peace-of-mind. Thanks for being a great long-term client with us!

Thanks for your feedback. Even though you do not speak into the wrist button, if we ever receive a signal and can't hear your voice we will respond. The normal protocol is to first call your home phone, then your cell phone to try to reach you. If we still cant reach you, only then would we dispatch emergency services. Please call Customer Service if you would like us to set up a different action plan protocol for you. Thanks!

Please call Customer Service if the fall detection is too sensitive. We may have recommendations on how to wear the device differently or we could try a different model for you. We want you to have the right system so you are always protected!
