I had to return it due to our family situation. I have knocked off 2 stars because there is absolutely no excuse for taking a month to process a refund AFTER the return was received. You just open the box and check it. If everything is returned as new, that should take 2 minutes to check it then how long does a refund to the card take. The service itself seems fine but we didnt get to really use it.

Actually, I have never had to call, but several times you have checked on me, as for some reason the button beeped. So I have confidence in having it. My complain is the console has to be attached to a phone jack, so it is in my bedroom, last month you had called my son, & then my home phone, which I answered . Due to my hearing problems, when I heard noises, didn't know where it was coming from, thought it might be my cell phone. I would like it where I could hear it in living room & bedroom. Another thing, I am paying approx. $25.00
per month, $299.00 per year, have had several phone calls & advertisements that are less. Plus some of them will alert 911 or co from where ever they are, downtown or so. Can you help or give any suggestions. I had felt mine would buzz if I fell in my yard but your agent said she doubtful.
