Bought it for my Mom. She likes it and only problem I have is that there is no volume control on the Elite Pendant. We tried the Bedside Buddy wrist button for late night bathroom breaks but she was unable to hear the Pendant speaker in the charging cradle next to her bed when she was in the adjacent bathroom. The distance tested was about 10-12 feet from where she was(bathroom) to pendant in cradle…she could not hear what was said thru the pendant speaker. Bedside Buddy was returned and now she has to put the pendant when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Everything else about this system, company and call center have been great.
Customer service has been especially patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

My only problem with device is that it requires charging all the time, or so it seems. It doesn't seem to last more than about a day and a half before it needs to be put back on the charger again. The few times that it has responded, always in error, everything has gone well, at least after I figured out how to cancel the response, by pushing down the center button twice and holding. The responders have always been kind and understanding. Most of the responses have been because the device, hanging around my neck, accidentally hit something as I bent over. I have not yet tested the device to see whether it can accurately locate my position, but will do so in the near future.

Thanks for your feedback - we've had a few other clients try an Apple Watch, but found it too complex. The Apple Watch is not designed as a personal emergency response device...in a real emergency you want one simple button to press, monitored by agents who know WHO and WHERE you are and who to CONTACT on your behalf. Most of the folks who tried the Apple Watch have come back to get their Medical Care Alert System back. Let us know if you want to try a different one of our systems - we want it to work for you!
