I am disappointed that it uses a cell tower instead of satellite. Also it takes longer than I thought to respond.

Hi - thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, the ULTRA uses GPS satellite AND Wi-Fi AND Cellular Tower Triangulation to find your location. We call that "Triple Location Services" so we get the most accurate location data when you need help. It uses AT&T 4G LTE cellular signal to transmit your signal and location to our monitoring center. If you have any questions, please call customer service at 1-877-913-3680. Thanks!

My mother uses it. It reminds you to charge it so I don't have to worry about her having one that doesn't work.
