I wish the transmitter that you wear around your neck was smaller. The button a little higher. So many elderly people like myself are short. The transmitter hits the edge of the table when I’m sitting at a table. It’s bigger than I feel it should be.

The wristband LifeLink used for its button was made of a flexible rubber so that it wouldn't fray or pill and would forever look neat and clean; Medical Care Alert uses a fabric band, which will soon start to fray, pill and look unkempt. Would prefer if Medical Care Alert switched to rubber wristband like LifeLink. Also rubber cleans easier than fabric when infused with soap as often happens in the shower..
