I would like a different way of holding the GPS unit. It is always being set off by leaning on the counters ...even holding groceries it goes off., It went off when carrying wood.. I already have shortened the cord. Otherwise, the service is fine.

I like the system but had trouble setting it up for my caregivers as the directions were not clear. Tracking my cell phone was another issue as sometimes it works and others not. Other than that, eeryone was very helpful in resolving my issues.

So far so good since it's only been active for about a week. The initial phone conversation for details was more than adequate & the person giving the info was very knowledgeable & professional. Once the order was placed, the kit arrived in short order. It was easy to set up & worked well the first time a test was ran on it.

We've been very happy with my mom's system and the customer service provided through Medical Care Alert. There seemed to be some sort of malfunction with my mom’s device – Medical Care Alert mailed her a new one right away at no charge and provided a prepaid return label to use for the return of her old one. I was worried about her ability to set up the new device, but it was very simple and Medical Care Alert provided links to set-up videos. The company seems to anticipate all of the issues that could arise when dealing with their customers (for example, lack of familiarity with technology). This system has provided us with increased peace of mind. I would highly recommend for anyone.
