Why do you keep sending me reviews to complete??? I returned the system two weeks ago because my Dad passed away, Francis Hircock. You should have refunded our account and closed it out! Did you not do that???? Please call and advise as I'm tired of getting these Review emails from you.

I installed my alert system and pressed the call button. I was surprised How Long It Took For Someone To Answer. Quite a while. I’ve had alert units in the past and haven’t had such a slow response time.
