Not that happy with it. The alert module hangs around your neck on a piece of cloth string material that frequently comes apart. I have had this piece replaced and the same thing happened with the replacement. The other problem is the alert button is constantly going off because it is very sensitive to any fast movement. If I take it from around my neck to place it down on the bed – it goes off and I have to cancel the emergency call. I guess that’s a good problem but for me it’s become a nuisance.

So far, so good. Everything appears to work as promised. I still have to master testing my device without being afraid I’ll summon 911 and getting used to how sensitive my fall detection is.

I ordered this system with Fall Detection for my 85 year old mother about 3 weeks ago. Today she fell getting out of bed. The Pendant worked as expected and send an alert. When she wasn't able to respond, EMS was dispatched. She was eventually able to push the button on the Pendant which sent a second alert. My sister in law, brother and myself all received text alerts on our phones. We all received voicemails on our home phones and I was able to be reached on my cell. We were all very impressed that everything worked exactly as we expected it would. My mother was able to get to the hospital and received the care that she needed. If we hadn't got this system, it would have been several hours before my sister in law would discovered the situation. We were very fortunate that things turned out the way that it did. If you have an elderly parent who is beginning to experience balance issues or falling, I would highly recommend this system with Fall Detection.
