We got this service for my mother, Jeanette 4 years ago. Fortunately, she has not needed to use the services in earnest. However, with her previous older unit, it had started to malfunction at the slightest touch which initiated your safety protocols on one occasion. I am very pleased with the execution of safety steps and the rapid response of the emergency teams even though they were not needed. HI - we have two options for you for fall detection: our HOME system or our HOME & AWAY System. If you want to be able to speak directly into the pendant (like you can now with your HOME & YARD system) then the HOME & AWAY might be the best option.
