Bryan Stapp was very helpful as I made my decision to purchase. He did not pressure me at all and carefully and patiently answered my questions. I have only had the unit for a few days, but so far I am very pleased. It was easy to set up. The customer service representative with whom I spoke was pleasant and helpful. I’m sorry I did not get her name. I am already feeling more relaxed and a sense of security knowing I have the unit.

I THINK WILL BE A BIG HELP HOWEVER I HAVE THE ASE UNIT I MY BEDROOM AND I HAVE A LOWERLEVEL THIS IS ALSO LIVING SPACE. I DONT SEE HOW THIS WILL HELP IF I NEED HELP IN THE LOWER LEVEL.

We've been very impressed so far with our system! We were worried our Mother may not want to wear her wrist button but she was actually excited to get the system. She told us she is relieved that she doesn't have to worry so much about something happening when she is home alone!
