I just purchased the Home & Away Ultra GPS for my 85 year old father, who chooses to live alone.
He accidently pushed the button and was able to speak with rep. and let them know he was ok.
He dropped his alert button and they we very quick to respond to see if he needed assistance. Which he was fine and didn't need any help.
This Home & Away Ultra GPS Medical Alert System has sure made it easier for me to sleep at night, since dad chooses to life alone and he still has someone looking at for him when I'm not there. I can't say enough good things about this life alert system.
If you have a loved one that needs a medical alert device, this is the one to purchase.

I think k it will be ok. I could always use more volumn on the speaker and the alert because of my poor hearing. Also, it is necessary for the people receiving our contact have clear strong voices. I think it is probobly the best unit out there and the Company first rate.
