All went well with an easy installation, thanks to excellent Customer Service guidance. Thank you! Unfortunately, the first system sent did not work for us because our internet signal wasn't strong enough. The receipt of a new system and return of the old one went very smoothly. The second system worked perfectly! Thank you! I'm assuming my credit card will be credited with the difference in price (ie, lower price for system #2).

Just installed it - working great

The system came with very nice packaging and easy to follow directions. Unfortunately we did not get reception with AT&T due to spotty coverage in our area. If we were able to get reception it would have been a great system.

Very happy with system, provides peace of mind. Just upgraded to the Home and Fall detection system. This system is for my sister in law who has heart problems and lives alone.

This has worked perfectly for my dad. He fell twice and we needed their service. They are also very helpful on the phone. Highly recommend this service.

It has given my mother a sense of relief!

Thankfully I haven’t had to use it is an emergency, but I feel very confident & comfortable knowing that I have it.

I just did a test for the first time with some friends here who I was recommending get your system. I was a little embarrassed and that when I mash the button I kept getting a recording that you were looking to find my location, would you happen to be my home. It took longer than expected for someone to come on the line to discuss the emergency. I will pay soon traveling and will test the system again. If I do not receive a better response, we may well cancel. Thank you.

I have heart disease and seizures so I have a lot of comfort knowing I have this device with the GPS and fall alert. Would recommend this to anyone.

Don't know how to rate this yet. I live in Ga and bought it for my mother-in-law in Florida. She loves the necklace but cannot get the lock box open to put her house key in. The first one came with the wrong code programmed in . They sent another but, even though the code should be correct (per the instructions included), she cannot get it open. She states the picture included does not look like the box she received....evidently there is a "release lever" in the picture that is not on the one she received.
I will be visiting her the first week of October and hope to be able to open it for her. Hopefully I will not be charged for the first lock box.

System works great and going to refer a friend to get one.

We have only had the system for a little more than a week...

It’s perfect for me because I can charge it at night, and wear it all day. The response team if very professional, helpful, and polite.

I researched many different systems and it was the initial call with Debbie that convinced me to order the Medical Care Alert for my 85 year old father. (I called one of the top companies and no one ever answered the phone) My father wanted a system where he could communicate directly into the call device. He said if he falls in the back entry or outside the house door, chances are he is not going to hear the base unit. The unit is simple, he likes to wear it under his shirt and I did buy 2 additional black long clip straps, set up very simple, and it was ready to go less than a day out of the box. Delivery took about 3 days. We paid for a year up front.
Once it was activated, I had him press the button and make a call. I wanted him to understand what it sounds like and how to cancel if pressed accidentally. Operated answered on 4th ring and was very clear in confirming that this was indeed a test call.
We also liked the fact that he can use this if he gets locked out of the house or stuck getting up the basement steps. Press the button, the call doesn’t automatically go to 911, he can request one of three people on the contact list we set up.
BEST part of all is the RemoteCare 24/7 App! I had some unusual problem with the download to my iPhone, but once again customer service went above and beyond to solve issue. Sue was amazing and thank her for going the extra mile. With the App, I can see if his device is charged, if he pressed the button for help, and with the GPS I can see if he is up and moving about. No more worrying about calling too early or if he is outside sitting with no phone. I didn’t even know about thr App feature when buying this alert system.
One month later, we are still happy, it’s way more than a fall alert. I can’t say enough about the peace of mind it has given to my dad and our family.
