HOME & AWAY ULTRA GPS Medical Alert System
Sturdy and looks like the clip won't break like my old one, but too bulky to wear under my blouses. I'll keep it as a backup. Thanks!

My system has worked well for several years. When a lightning strike disabled it, the replacement unit was there the next day, providing me with the the security that is so important.

I would rather have a smaller, more discreet monitor. I realize this model has the excellent GPS feature, but the neck strap and the largeness of the monitor are hard to hide with summer clothing. It’s fine for winter, as I wear turtlenecks and sweaters.

I have 2 friends whose parents have a life alert system, but they were not aware of the lockbox feature. Both were quite impressed knowing first responders would have a code and be able to access a key instead of adding to their parent's trauma by having to break down a door to get in.

HOME & AWAY ULTRA GPS Medical Alert System
My mother has been stressing over this system since it was activated. About 3 days after activation, she accidentally hit it and immediately there was one of your kind, knowledgeable customer service folks on the line. She really put my Mom's mind at east knowing there was a "live" person on the other end of that pendant! She feels much safer and likes that she could understand the person she was talking to.

My parents were freaked out by it. It went off often even when they were fine so they stopped wearing it and we returned it. The weekly check wasn't easy either - you were always stressed you would do the wrong thing and the alarm would be triggered.
