HOME Emergency Medical Alert System
My brother and I decided this would be the best watchdog for our parents who live out of state. So far my father has set it off accidentally at least 3 times and the response has been incredible and swift. Best value for peace of mind. Thank you so much for everything.

HOME & AWAY ULTRA GPS Medical Alert System
My mom had to use it several times feeling bad and 2 times she fell and each time she was alone. I have recommended this system to several of my friends for their parents. This is a great device highly recommended for someone who lives alone.

DSL Filter For Medical Alert Systems
I purchased the system plan do to serious medical condition that I am recovering from and did not have a need to use the system during this time. Paid for 9 months of use, however I was late upon returning the unused system do to recovery from surgery. Now the free lock box has to be returned and my bill might be reduced when the lock box is received. I have written a letter to the Better Business Bureau in regard to faulse advertisement. Will never suggest this system to anyone! EVER!

Extended Protection Plan
It works well, although response times can be iffy. Usually no more than a few minutes, but slow enough to be of concern sometimes. I am told this is independent monitoring by a 3rd party, not MCA. It has helped me twice and I am happy with it.

HOME Emergency Medical Alert Bracelet with Wrist Button
Easy to set up. My contact at the company was friendly and knowledgeable. The pendant is easy to use and mom feels comfortable with it on. Have not yet tried it out in the yard... too much rain and travel.

Service is good but at times the wait to speak to a person is too long.

Frank is doing very well considering everything and he uses his Medical Alert all the time. I am grateful to him for doing that because it gives me peace of mind when I leave him to shop or play golf.

HOME & AWAY ULTRA GPS Medical Alert System
After looking through all the different choices, I decided that the 'Home and Away' (I think that's the proper name - I'm 73 and can't remember for sure) system would be the one for me, because I'd be using it outdoors, for tobogganing, walking our back roads for exercise, and gardening. I also travel. So that's what I'd ordered.
Your customer service people have been top-notch as well. I've had several calls to them, and each time my question has been answered in a warm, friendly, competent way.
All in all, I'm VERY, VERY HAPPY and satisfied with my Medical Care Alert system and very pleased with all the friendly, competent responders from each area.

HOME & YARD Medical Alert Belt Clip
I have the Home & Yard medical alert unit. It is exactly what I wanted. I don't normally go outside, but I wanted a unit that you talk into and listen to. When my wife was alive, she had a system where you talk into a central unit. The problem is that you cannot here what they are saying, nor can they hear you from most of the areas of my house. This unit solves the problem.
