I heard after I purchased this Medical alert that I could have a plan where I am the first to be called if the alert turns on. I think that would be better. If Dad accidentally pushes the alert it would not call faults emergence.

The first one did not make a good contact.
The second one is so sensitive that if I bend to tie my sneakers of pet my dog, it detects a fall.
The plastic little balls that hold the string for around my neck split open, broke and the device hit the floor.
I can't wear it around my neck any more.
I am not very happy.

GPS did not work even though the map on your website showed my mom was in a good area. Was told to keep testing sometimes it takes a while to connect, but then got called saying I was pushing button too many times. Gave up and said I was returning it, was told I had to pay for shipping it back even though it was your map that led me to believe it would work. Customer service lacking no one even bothered to care. Return received by you a week ago today and no sign of $$, or even acknowledgment that you have received it.
