<strong>DSL Filter For Medical Alert Systems</strong>
Equipment return is a nightmare. I returned as instructed and heard nothing until a mysterious charge my credit card. They claimed I altered the equipment and did not even return the pro-rated fee, but charged me $60 for a pendant. Beware!!!!!!

Unfortunately, our client returned their system with damage to the console and several components. We try to work with our clients, and did not charge for a full system replacement fee.

This product is much nicer to delicate skin, and it does not get soaking wet in the shower. My only complaint is the safety fastener comes undone too easily, and the necklace drops off 2-3 times per day----some times causing a false fall alert. So far I've been lucky and noticed it as it falls; I am concerned that may not always be the case leading to loss. I am also concerned that it might drop off when I am doing dishes or leaning over a pool or toilet and submersion in water might ruin the device.

We got the CareAlert a few months ago and have nothing but praise for the system response team.My Mother-In-Law is older and has a limp which makes her a little unsteady on her feet. We have been afraid she would fall when no one was there to help. We really liked the all-in-one necklace of CareAlert. My mother-in-law quickly realized that the necklace is allowing her MORE freedom, while still keeping her safe. She has fallen at least 3 times since she has started wearing the necklace and within seconds someone from CareAlert is contacting her through the speaker and making sure she is all right, and that there is someone there with her. She is so pleased with CareAlert that we recently ordered a second charger to keep in her overnight bag, so we don't have to worry about forgetting the charger when we travel for the weekend.
