I needed two replacement devices in two months. This should not happen. Once was bad enough because when the device stops working I am without it for a week. I emailed asking for a two week extension on my contract but did not get the courtesy of a reply. Poor customer service. Poor product if a supposedly new device stops working within weeks of receipt.
