The people responded quickly to my inquiry. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I received the equipment quickly and they helped with setting it all up in a friend courteous manner. Only four stars? Because the lock box doesn't work with my door handle, however I haven't discussed that with them so they may be able to resolve this quickly. If they do I'll change this review to a five!

I was having problums hooking unit up to, my power source, when the unit said it was calling "for help", when I contacted your office, I was informrd that the modun was calling for help and the ambulance was on the way, I talked to four individuals who said they could not do any thing until Monday, the best that they could do, is have me answer the alert every twelve hours and tell the operator to cancel the alert. I spent about twenty minutes in reconnecting the power cords and got the green light to come on the modum, and we did not touch it until Monday when we requested to cancal my account
