We reviewed multiple companies/offerings, including well-known brands. It seemed like a crap-shoot, but weren't disappointed by Medical Care Alert. They had the most reasonable pricing and rate structure. Some bigger names charge what seem like gouging rates simply to ship the equipment to your door. From delivery of the product, to initial setup, to answering questions, the support staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. You really feel like you're calling friends in a nearby town. Unfortunately we had to cancel the service as my brother moved to Assisted Living. However even the cancellation process was easy and without "gotchas" as long as you follow the processes established from the beginning. We'd use them again. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased this product for our Mom. The actual item chosen had to be exchanged for a different type, but due to MCA's excellent customer service, the transition was flawless.
Customer service reps, Jackie and Tony deserve praise for their good care, attention to detail and determination that the end result be nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction.
The product that works best for our mom is the Home due to it not requiring a charge to keep the unit functioning and so far it is working quite well.
Although we've had no emergency reason to really test this product, I would recommend MCA based on the knowledge base and wonderful experience of dealing with them whether email or phone.
Customer service reps, Jackie and Tony deserve praise for their good care, attention to detail and determination that the end result be nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction.

This is such a great idea and improvement. Because I have fallen both during the day and at night, it was difficult to find the best time to recharge the pendant. Making the button on the wrist band concave instead of convex to prevent most accidental presses of the button was very smart.
