After 3 months, as she became used to the device, she wanted to change from the belt-clip to the pendent and lanyard. One call and a few days later and she was in business. Well done !!

This system has. It worked properly since we received it. Takes forever for a customer service rep to get back to you. They sent us a new base and said that' should work. When we called to say it still wasn't working and wanted a refund we were told instructions would be emailed to us. That was three weeks ago. I have called left messages and gotten no response. Go to another company.

I have only had the Medical Alert for a few weeks and so far I am very pleased with it. I have not had any emergency issue to place a call, Thank God. The only issue I have is the strap that holds the device to call. It is very long (to avoid strangulation) but it is so easily activated leaning against tables, etc.,in error during normal activity. It would be good to be adjustable.

This system was rated high by the AARP's magazine. The system is extremely easy to use. The only draw back is the alert pendant is not really loud, other than that disadvantage it is a great unit. This unit is priced fairly and provides great flexibility to the user. Thanks for your help in providing a level of comfort to the family members.

Very sensitive call button and quick response. Lanyard should have a length set so not to slip. Mostly, the plastic piece to attach belt clip is too rigid to open wide enough to accommodate a belt or thicker material and breaks easily. Basically I'm pleased

I was very pleased to learn that my Medical CareAlert is more than just a medical alert system. As important as that is, however, it is comforting to learn that the system is also usable for safety uses, e.g. fires, intruders, and other emergency situations. I was advised, however, that I should not use the system to order pizzas. That comment was part of the response to my question about possible uses of the Medical CareAlert system. Your staff is not only very professional but they have a sense of humor as well.
