Thank you for my medical alert system, it is working well and I let everyone I know I have it. And I will let people know how they may get one also. The only problem I have is, wearing it around my neck, I tend to lean over and hit it on a table or something that presses the button.
I am trying to be more careful of my surroundings were I sit and not to lean over and set it off. We are very thankful my daughter-in law found "medical care alert system". I wanted one that didn't just alert if something happened at home, I was wanting to have one that could be used traveling or shopping. I feel much safer with it. If you have cards on the system to give out, send me some. Thank you again.

I was very disappointed recently with the customer service. My Mom lives alone and has no close neighbors. I had called in because I was not able to get a hold of my Mom for several days and I just wanted the service to buzz her on her system to make sure she was alright and there was no issues with her.
I was told they could not do anything to help with my request and for me to call the authority to check on her.
Why are we paying for this service if not for her safety and well being.

It is difficult to hear the words of the operator that answers the calls due to the high volume of the speaker. It sounds muffled. However, if it gets turned down it would be too low to hear at all. Don't understand what I'm being asked at the time of the call. Also, it takes a few minutes for the call to go through. So far we have only used the system for test purposes and have not had to use it in an emergency but am afraid there will be a problem answering the operator in a real emergency.
