I first got a pendant that did not work right after it got wet, but when I complained enough, they sent me a new one overnight. It was fine. Then I had trouble with short battery life. Technical support told me that I had a poor AT&T signal (all these companies use AT&T) and that my battery was being used up by searching for a signal frequently, although whenever I made a test call, it went through. i researched this and found that AT&T sells a "microcell" to increase their signal to specific phones in your home or small office. Tech support helped me get it set up and now I have great service all over. I feel that tech support went well above standard to help me. (And yes, I can take a long shower with my current pendant.) Be sure to get a "bedtime buddy," too. I had not noticed that on the site.

During the past 10 months that I have had this system, there have been a few times when the connection between the pendant and the charger could not be made. Although this is very annoying, the Customer Service staff has been most helpful. I wish that the pendant could be slimmer to lie flatter under clothing as well as then being lighter in weight as it sometimes pulls on my neck. I have to wear it with the button towards my body, otherwise the flashing lights distract people I'm talking to, as they shine through my blouse or sweater.

It all began very well, your rep(Elie) was most knowledgeable of the product,which was what prompted me to choose your system instead of 2 others.However my praise quickly turned to total anguish. First, the lock box sent to me could not be opened, after spending almost an hour with your tech. dept., it was found that it had not been programmed properly. A replacement was promptly sent out.then we tried for over 1-2 hrs. to activate the pendant, only to finally be told to call back in 12-24 hrs. to have a tech specialist "try" to help me. At that point I chose to return the entire unit.I suggest you have your Q.C. dept. better check out units before trying to ship them out!

I have been using this product for a year and have been very satisfied. They respond quickly and are always very friendly and professional. They truly listen to your needs. I have fallen quiet a bit in the first 6 months of using the product. I finally got to the point that I just needed help getting up, I wasn't hurt. So I asked them to send an ambulance but non-emergent traffic and they did without any problem. Then my device strap broke and the sent me an entire new package within 24 hrs. I have never needed to use the device away from home (thankfully) so I'm not sure how well that works but when I've used it from home they seem to find me quickly.

We like the system, but the cancelling function doesn't always work as described. However the operators are very nice about getting false alarms! Be sure to ask for the adjustable lanyard if you have a short torso! It helps not pressing a false alarm...my daughter feels much safer with me living alone and so do I!!!!!
