I was unfortunate To have had a wireless system and had to send it back because I did not have a modem and the phone would not work. The gal I ordered from could not have been nicer and the gal I spoke with when i had to return everything was also very nice. My daughter was paying for the system so now we are without a system which I never got a chance to use.

The system was not working properly. My mother fell in her home. Fall protection did not work. She had to be rushed to the hospital. She's now in rehab. When I spoke to the company they said they knew there was trouble with her unit. They had sent her a new one and called.... She's 92. Did they really think she could do it herself? I live in another state. This was supposed to give her and me some security..... Obviously not.... I returned the whole system.
