I have had my Medical Care Alert Unit since AFTER a fall last year when I fractured my femur. I was fortunate at that time that a Cousin came to see about me when I did not answer my phone. I have accidently activated it a few times and the response has always been immediate and they talk to you while looking up your location. I feel very secure and wear it all the time. Especially like that it can locate me any place in the United States. Gives me Peace of Mind.

Everything is fine. We've had no problems. The one time I did
use it somebody was at the house in 10 minutes. We haven't had cause to use it yet here. We've had it for quite some time just at a different location. We just put it at this address fairly recently.

My dad has only used it once, he fell and the fall detection worked. He told them he did not need medical help but to call me, I received the call right away. We have tested it a few times also and it always works. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.

We have had a Good experience with the Medical care alert system for my mother. Thankfully we haven't had to use it in an emergency yet but we have peace of mind that she is wearing the pendant and has the security in-case there is a problem. Best money that I've spent.
