I have the Medical Care Alert for my Mom, who lives in Montana and she had a fall this year, which was captured with the fall detection feature. She said that before she knew what had happened she heard a helpful voice coming through her pendant and they were able to get her emergency care right away.
I can't say enough about the professionalism of the operators and the ease of set-up of the service. It is tremendous peace-of-mind for us to know that Medical Care Alert is watching out for Mom.
