We are very thankful for Open Road Lending being willing to refinance our auto loan. They were very helpful and patient as we went through the process and all the paperwork. They also helped us find an Insurance company that gave us a lower rate. Altogether we are saving over $100 a month. As seniors on a low budget that means a lot.

Very add to refinance with OpenRoad. Started in April and took until July to get it complete. Their communication is very poor. If there was ever an update or something needed to be done they would never call I would be the one who call to get updates.

I dealt with Bryce Wilhite. He was very friendly and professional. He kept me up to date on the progress of the loan from day 1. I couldn't ask for an easier process. Plus I am saving almost $100 a month on my car payment!

Easy to follow instructions for documentation and direct contact with my rep was great. The only negative was prefilled docs had my name different than my license and had to redo with a same name as doc. Overall a nice transition for refinancing.

Elizabeth Ayala was amazing. She kept me on track because me I waited until the last minute unsure if I wanted to continue. She was kind and patient.

The process was quick and painless. Not only are my monthly payments lower, my interest rate went down too allowing me short and long term savings. It was a pleasure working with open road.

When I received my first set of documents to sign there had to be a change to the information on the document. I rejected the documents through DocuSign and called and left a voicemail on my loan officer Natalee O voicemail stating the revisions that needed to be made. It was several weeks before I heard anything back from her and the only reason I heard back was because I had to call and follow up on what was going on with my application and my revised documents. I spoke to another representative who was very apologetic and assured me that she would have Natalie call me back.
When She finally called me back she stated the reason it took her so long to contact me was because she was very busy. This excuse was an unacceptable reason not to call a client back or try contact me in any other way. She then informed me that they would have to run my credit again because my approved application was expired. This was the result of no contact from my loan officer. Not only did I have my credit score drop a few points I also had to resubmit paperwork that was already submitted from the beginning of this loan. I was so aggravated with the excuses made to me as to why it took so long for her to revise my documents as well as the inconvenience to me resubmitting more paperwork and another hard inquiry on my credit report that I was ready to go with another lender to refinance my car. I only completed this deal because it was convenient for me as I was extremely busy in my own life to start from scratch. I will not be referring anyone who is interested in refinancing their automobile.
