Smooth and easy process.

Although I appreciate the gesture of offering me savings on my monthly car payments, there were a few details throughout that process that either left a lot to be desired from me or need improvement from you.
Firstly the process took too long. I applied for this refinancing on May 31st. The process did not get completed until the 27th when the payoff was made to the my previous lienholder.
Secondly It is practically impossible to talk to one of the agents by phone unless you want to remain on hold for an extended period of time. That is usually difficult if one is at work.
Thankfully Nishia called or emailed me with information.
I had to email her to find out the status of the loan since I could not get that information online. It was then that I was informed that the loan was on hold because Open Road was waiting for a power of attorney document.
You guys acknowledged all of the documents you received previously but there was no mention or a reminder of that document was missing and the importance of it moving forward.
Thirdly, I was not told who would be financing the loan by email or otherwise. I thought Open Road Lending was a finance company.
I kept getting calls from a company called Westlake financial and chalked that down to scam calls or a solicitor.
It was only after I received an email from the company mentioning financing of the jeep Compass that I realized that they were financing the vehicle.
It would have been nice receiving a closing letter from you telling me that the process was complete and moving forward that Westlake Financial would be financing the loan.
Furthermore I saw multiple hard credit inquiries on my credit report that I figured had to do with the refinancing. I was expecting one - from Open Road Lending.
If your company could improve on these it would go a long way to making customers happier and more trusting of the process.

This experience of refinancing through Open Road has been very frustrating, mostly because we cannot get the person who originally helped us or anyone else at Open Road to even reply back to us when we have questions. I feel like this entire process is a sham. It’s been weeks since we were told our old lender would be paid off, it still hasn’t happened and no one will respond to us on the status of the pay off

It was such a seamless process. It was quick and easy. But the reason why I gave three stars is because the communication was kind of lacking. I would text or email and it took them sometimes not just the next day but almost two days from the time I sent my correspondence. Other than that, they’ve got a great team that was able to get my payment lowered by almost 203$ in monthly savings! Now that’s a deal you cant beat!

Had an outstanding experience with refinancing, for I did not have any problems at all. You all made it very easy to forward to you all of the information needed to complete the procedure, could not have asked for better people to deal with than you all. YOU DESERVE a STANDING OVATION!!!! Thank you so much for everything and for my savings!!!!!!

Easy and fast. No headache refinance!

Terrible experience! Advertise that refi will take two weeks or less and it took over a month. Document review was extremely slow and the reviewers didn’t seem to know much about the documents. Sent back my insurance second page and said my deductible was $1400 and had to be under $1000. The $1400 was clearly marked “premium”. The agent I dealt with was slow and not very pleasant or helpful. She left the 30 day loan approval expire even though she had our documents. This meant that my credit had to be pulled again which dinged my credit again. Would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from them!

Service was fast and efficient. Very polite people and easy to contact.

No complaints, however could be a little faster.
