I can’t wear any other types of wool except alpaca. Had an alpaca sweater long ago in college that was lost years ago and I thought I would order this alpaca hoody and try. Love it. It’s a great weight. I can see me wearing this almost all year round.

This is a fantastic sweater, but I feel compelled to write a review on the care of it. There are no care instructions inside the sweater, so I washed it on gentle with the plan of lying it flat to dry. This is what I do with my cashmere sweaters, so I figured “why not?”
Don’t do this! It would now barely fit my child. Oh my, it’s tiny with no chance of ever wearing it again. Makes me sad. Yes, I should have gone to the website to investigate the washing instructions, but really who has the time to do that?
Anyway, it was a great sweater when it had not shrunk to toddler size. Just a warning… nothing against this company.

I love this thing. It is comfortable, light and warm. When new, it fit my 7-5/8 head perfectly. But after a couple of weeks of regular wear, it has loosened up so much, that it is now uncomfortably baggy. Tough for me to rate since it is SO great.... except that it has stretched out.

I have two Paka sweaters in XL that run big on me. I had to return this item because it’s tiny. Clearly sizing issues with production. It’s the best made sweater I’ve received, but sizing is wrong. Paka shrugged me off.

This is a great hoodie. It's so soft and it doesn't restrict movement. I had a couple of compliments wearing this and although I didn't buy this for compliments, it was nice to get confirmation that it looks that good! It's really warm and did I mention that it's soft?
