The entire transaction was uneventful, however, I would recommend NOT getting the scalp massager if you have HAIR.

My Purewave provides relief from my tight muscles, sciatic issues etc. I love my CR-7
I had a minor issue that required Customer Service. The agent listened and comprehended my issue. A doable resolution was offered that benefited both of us.
This company has a superior product.

This was my first time shopping Pado and buying a product - the Pure Wave CM 7. The website is user friendly and very well put together, and I am appreciating the massager. It is easy to use and having so many different attachments is key. I would recommend to others.
