It broke with in twenty minutes of using it. Snapped on my muacle that I was trying to break up. Will be returning it when I have a printer near bye. If you lift weights and have tense hard muscles this is probably not the unit for you.

So happy to have purchased the Purewave. The aches melt away with every use. ;)

I would have loved it even more if you would have added a small brochure on how to use it. Found that rather odd...

This company is top shelf. I had an issue with the battery and they’re were quick to send out a replacement unit. Very nice to deal with.

Great purchase. Surprised battery doesn’t die as quickly as I thought it would.

Absolutely love it!!! Been having back problems, pain in the back of my legs, a little neck pain here and there, and I use it for them all. This was so worth the purchase!!! I would highly recommend this to everyone with similar pain as I stated.

I have a frozen shoulder and PADO is extremely helpful on the days I can not go to physical therapy. My son loved all the different attachments, which he uses for his knee and thigh from playing basketball,

It is not a 1-star because they did answer my responses, for a bit, but then went silent with my follow-up questions. I asked a specific question - My late wife purchased this product, I have no idea where so I do not have any purchase information. Here is the Serial Number ******* does this give you any information as to when it was manufactured or purchased?

Since they don't offer battery replacements anymore, I am going to tear the darn thing apart and see if I can replace them myself.
No - I will not ever purchase another one of your products.

Unfortunately, the vibration doesn't seem to be an ultrasonic speed, so it doesn't penetrate deep muscle aches. While it does benefit the superficial soft tissues, I was disappointed with this product. Thank you for your time.

It gets rid of my leg cramps in seconds. My legs feel much better, and the stress in my neck is so relaxed.

I received this item on 3/13/21 and it stopped working on 3/13/21. I thought this was going to be exactly what I needed for tight muscles but it stopped working within 24 hours 😩😩😩

My doctor recommended the Pure Wave and I've recommended it to two family members who ordered one each. Great product.

Amazing deep tissue massage unwinding knots I have been working for weeks to get out. The constant computer work is killing my back. I have an adjustable desk to stand and sit but nothing but this has helped
