We love this! It is wonderful and is everything it advertises to be. Would recommend to anyone.

Very good quality. Curved arm definitely makes a difference!

The PUREWAVE CMX is everything as described. The various attachment heads work great.

It's literally the best hand held massager out here!! For the price it's definitely worth it.

Has a issue but Pado came through speedily with a replacement. Awesome customer care along with a great product. Highly recommend 👍

Excellent the best product for pain and massage

I have been using it only for a couple of weeks and I love it. It has helped me with my sore muscles and to relax.

hi

Exactly what I wanted and delivered in a timely manner.

Absolutely wonderful.. plenty of power, works excellent!!!

I think if allowed, I'll likely return the massager. I'm a long time user of massage units as I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for many years. Massage and heat are the two most beneficial treatments (though plenty more are suggested.) I decided on purchasing the CM-7 due to the percussion AND vibration capability, however in use, the massage acts very much like the massagers I've been using recently. I've probably bought 25 massagers over the years --- some very good, and others failures. My best experience at relieving muscular pain has been using a percussion massager. From the literature it "appeared" the Pado unit might be a bit more aggressive at percussion. It's not anymore so than my previous units. And the vibration is weaker than expected. If I were a first time user, I'd likely keep it and rate it highly. But years of experience, and comparisons, tells me the Purewave unit to not be more satisfying than my recent other massager ownerships. It comes at about 40% higher cost with the recent discount so it doesn't warrant the purchase in my view. I would also mention I use a massager EVERY DAY --- even when I travel --- and for at least half an hour each day. Some days that can extend to over an hour if morning and night treatments. It's a routine I can't really function well without. Thank you though for trying to improve the technology, I'm always looking for that unit that gives a definite edge on pain relief. JM

Excellent customer service.

Average at best!

We absolutely LOVE our Pure Wave. I have extreme Chronic Pain and have for over 15 years. I have several herniated discs, spinal stenosis, Fibromyalgia and Neuropathy. I have tried therapy hooks and foam rollers, but this is my saving grace. This gets deep into my trigger knots and muscles and helps my nerve pain, muscle pain, etc. My husband is a disable combat vet with chronic pain as well and this is a lifesaver for him as well. After a few months, ours stopped charging and we contacted support. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with. We were immediately sent a new one no questions asked with fast shipping and returned our other one. The fast shipping helped so we didn't have to go without. Thank you PADO.

So wonderful and easy to use just love it!
I’m going to buy one for my son’s birthday!

I really love it!!!

This product is better than the higher priced models. Easy to reach all spots that need massaging. Lightweight enough, yet powerful. Well made and comes with great attachments for excellent massages.

This is my third Pado. Honestly, I cannot tell a lot of difference between this one and the last one I purchased. There are a few different attachments, but I am not thrilled about them. I love the Pado I first purchased. It helps a lot with my back and sore muscles. I used it after I had shoulder replacement last fall....gently at first, then at the normal setting. It did help. I just wish it was not so expensive. I am retired, and it takes awhile to save up enough money to purchase one. SO I am thinking the last purchase should not have been made. Live and learn, I guess.

I love this thing! It works so good I would recommend this to anyone

I love it
