My massager broke I called to get a replacement the representative was amazing. Didn’t give me the 3rd degree about what happened and how it happened. They said I will receive my new massager 7-10 days. Well it came in 4 days with a return slip without me having to call for it. I just love love my massager because I have back and neck pain and stiffness and I tell you this massage give me relief and relaxes my muscle without having to take muscle relaxer. I can’t wait to see what other products you come out with.

This is the 6th Pado Massager I have ordered 2 for my husband/I other 4 for family members. The original one is almost 3 yrs old & going strong. We use it “every”nite to massage our backs to relax & have a wonderful nites sleep

I was told the Gen II would be back in stock and shipping on Feb 19th. When I went to place my order on the 20th, the shipping date had been changed to the 23rd. No big deal; I understand the challenge companies are going through with the pandemic and the recent storms. However, the 23rd came and went - nothing. Finally, on March 3rd I received an email that the order had been shipped and would arrive on March 5th. It did not arrive. I have tried to contact Pado more than once and have received no response from them, until today when I received a request to review my experience with the company and another request to review how I feel about the product. I cannot rate the product since I have never received it. But considering my experience with the company so far, I would not recommend them. I own a Spa and was considering the wholesale program; now, I am very glad I did not invest the money.

MY Pado-CM07 developed charging issues after 20 months of regular use. I contacted PADO via e-mail with a brief description if the problem. Provided my original order number and date of purchase.
