My original purchase was replaced very easily! Have the one which wasn’t working correctly packaged up. Finding a drop spot is an issue. I live in rural IA. Maybe other options for return would be helpful.

We used our massager everyday and the battery stopped charging after about two years. We contacted the company and a new massager was here in two days along with a prepaid label for returning the old one. It couldn't have have handled it better and I would recommend the company and the product.

I had a problem with one of their products and the company took care of it fast and without any work on my end. This makes me want to purchase from them again when the time comes.

After researching various massagers online I decided to purchase the Pure Wave, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The device arrived very quickly, in just a few days, as promised. When I realized one of the attachments was missing I contacted customer support and received the missing attachment, also in just a few days. This company is legit and their customer service and responsiveness is excellent. As far as the massager itself, it is wonderful! I use it immediately after working out when my muscle soreness begins and I'm able to stop the soreness from progressing. Whenever I feel sore I just hit the area for a few minutes and like magic I feel so much better about 10 minutes later! This product is the real deal. Incidentally, I'm a physical therapist so I would professionally endorse this product as well!

Excellent product, beautifully designed and not like to cheap massagers I have had in the past. I have used it constantly since I received it—and wish I had purchased it earlier!

This is THE best massager that I have ever found. So much so that it was recommended by my chiropractor. Also we the company stands behind the product like no other and will make it right no matter the cost.
