Great product and customer service. I purchased a purewave CM7 for my wife and I. We liked it so much that I purchased one for my son who is a collegiate baseball athlete. I don't know who uses it the most but we all enjoy the product.

I was originally looking to buy another product that was demonstrated in a orthopedic massage class I took. But it was too costly and the reviews were horrible. I wasn't about to put down almost $400 for something like that. The guns are high too but many of my clients said former therapists used them during sessions and how much they hated the feeling and the noise and they never went back. I somehow came across this on a website maybe amazon but decided to go to the Pado website and ordered the Gen II. It showed by day 2... So impressive, although I did not get the discount.. I was too impatient and ordered as soon as I registered an account so wait a day and buy at the discount. I use the sports massage head the most. It has a low hum, nothing annoying or that I feel would be irritating to a client. My medicupping machine is probably louder. I have had a frozen shoulder this year and recently recovering from Covid which left a constant ache on the right/ backside of my ribcage and I have used this since day one and run it superior (upwards) to work all the muscles up to the arm pit and deltoid and it's been amazing. The pain I've been reminded of daily since OCT post Covid is gone now. Very pleased with packaging and comes with a hard case. Do not buy from Amazon, buy direct from Pado for the warranty and less middle man. I had recently fallen down stairs and pain generally doesn't show right away so I am thankful to have this and you can bet I am using it often.
