My order was initially not received. In calling Customer Service they found that FedEx had returned it to them. PADO immediately sent out the order again, with text updates on delivery. The day before it was to be delivered I received a text from FedEx that they were requiring a signature at delivery. Since I would be at work I had to make arrangements to have someone able to give a signature. Requiring a signagture sure does make it awkward. This was my only delivery all year long that required a signature, and I’ve had many in all price ranges. The Purewave was a gift and they love it!

I love it, but would like more info on different ways to use the PureWave and which component to use where, etc.

My order has not moved from USPS processing center in over 2 Weeks. Ridiculously slow shipping. I’m not ordering anything unless it ships UPS or FedEx. “Priority Shipping” by USPS is a total waste of money and time.

This product has exceeded my expectations. The versatility is what makes it so wonderful. I’ve had shoulder surgery and helps with tight neck/shoulder muscles. I also have plantar fasciitis and there is a tip that helps loosens and relieves the pressure in my feet. Highly recommended the massager!

Went with the cheap way and bought of Amazon a product that claimed compatibility with my PureWave. Don’t do it! go with the real thing. So happy that it’s doing it’s job and my PureWave is charging properly.

I bought myself this massage and it is amazing how powerful it is it, I cant even put it on high speed it is so strong. The charge lasts a long time. My son was amazed how powerful it was he wanted one. So Santa bought him one for Christmas, I differently recommend this massager and would buy it again.
