This is a great company. I had a problem with my unit not holding a charge. This was after a year and a half of use. I contacted the company to see if there were parts to be purchased or a repair that could be made. I was prepared to pay for these repairs. They immediately sent me a new unit. My wife has a sciatic nerve in her left leg, that has bothered her for years. The very first time I used the pure wave on her, was the first time in years she was pain free, granted it didn't cure it as of yet, cause the pain keeps coming back, but in do time, I feel, it will be gone for good. What an amazing massager. Also too, this is the first ever massager that you can use anywhere on your body that does hurt or cause discomfort.
