I love the product. I just have one small complaint. I ordered three Gen IIs to give as Christmas presents. When I asked the person who was helping me on Chat if they would go on sale for Christmas, her response was that she didn't know. Unfortunately, they did go on sale. I could have saved money had I waited. Buying three of this devices is costly and I wish I would have waited.However, I know my children will be happy with them.

You guys are awesome! There's one issue though. My Pado purchased in May had a battery issue where it's only working for about 5-10 minutes on a charge. I called, and you guys sent me a totally new one- which was amazing, and I wasn't expecting. The only issue is the new one isn't as powerful. I turn on the old one and the buzz of the motor sounds very strong when turned up to the top level. The new one, turned all the way up, only hummmmms with the intensity of about 6 or 7 out of 10 of the old one. So now I have a longer lasting, less effective massager. That part is a bummer.
