I enjoying the Gen II as it help with the tight muscle and lower back pain. The wife use it on her shoulder which has had pain for some time and it helps. I message the muscle before going for a walk/jog loosing up the muscle. The Gen II is a must have for my family.

I look forward to having a relaxing session each night after work. I even have to fight my hubby for usage some nights. Between walking over 10,000 steps a day and lifting several hundred pounds of packing my muscles get pretty tight.
Chiropractic hasn't helped much and with Covid massage is out of the question.

This product is great! First of all it’s light which is good for those with carpal tunnel syndrome like me. The handle is long to reach areas that are hard to reach if you’re massaging yourself. It’s powerful enough even on the lowest setting! I also love the price! For such a great machine the price makes it better especially for those that lives on a fixed income. Also I had an issue and called customer service and they immediately responded courteous and prompt! Great overall experience for me!

We love our Purewave and use it daily....I have Parkinson's and a lumbar issue...for both maladies, I use the massager....the new "cup" attachment is a revelation and smoothes out the neck, arms and legs areas...the customer service is the very TOPS!!!...we have had issues with the unit not charging any longer...the c/svc representative tried to trouble shoot the problem and in the end they offered to send a new unit out to us at no charge...in a week's time we had a brand new Purewave (w/the new "cup" attachment and are happily using it again...I especially like the cone tip that massages close to my spine and sore muscles...that you for your responsive customer service...Terry and Gudrun
