I am extremely happy and delighted with the Ozen 500 Vacuum blender. I have been doing ordinary blending for years until I learned about the Vacuum Blender and have never looked back. I have tried a couple of brands but Ozen is the best. My health has changed dramatically since using it. It is so easy to use and easy to clean and the bonus is that it comes with a Sub Vacuum Container which makes life so much easier. Thank you Pado. I am a big fan of your product and I would most certainly recommend it to everyone. It's amazing.

THE PRODUCT IS GOOD, BUT WHEN WE LOST OUR CHARGER DURING A MOVE AND HAD A QUESTION REGARDING WHICH CHARGER WE NEEDED WE COULD NOT SPEAK WITH ANYONE DIDRECTLY. It is very powerful but keeps shutting off and doesn't last the full hour charge. This is my second one and the same results just a new attachment. But for the price, it does a good job to get much deeper than most hand held devices! You should come up with a way or cord to keep it plugged in for use as long as needed! Or as least keep it from shutting down and having to be turned back on over and over during the 30-35 minutes it does work.

PADO replaced my wifes PUREWAVE after 20 months of use the batteries would not hold a charge, I sent them an email and within 4 hrs they assured me a new purewave was on the way, just put the old one in the box and return it..... that has to be the best service i ever received ... thank you.

To say that I’m impressed with their customer service would be an understatement of the year.
