Bought one of these massagers and it broke after the first few uses. I emailed customer service and tried to get some help but had no luck for several months. Finally I tweeted them and they were very helpful. They replaced the broken unit quickly and without issue! Very happy with their resolution!!

Can't say enough about PADO. Great experience with warranty and products. I have purchased two cm07, lost one on vacation and had to have get another one we loved it so much. Also two years having the next one it started acting up charging, so we bought the new GENII. Called customer service to tell about the cm07 charging issue and they replaced it within two days. Biggest thing for me itâs not made in China. The quality is very high and I think it will last many years. It comes with a 90 day return but I have no intention of returning it I used it on my shoulder yesterday and it took away 90 percent of my arm pain in one day. I believe it was a good investment buy the new one it is a little more than the original but you get a lot for your money
