This is the second massager that I bought. And this time I got the most expensive one with horrible results. This massager don't have the same strength like the one I bought back in 2020. I will like to exchange poranother model . I will like someone to reach out to me. Thanks
Laurie
The Purewave CM7 is fine, just not long lasting, so not worth the price tag of well over $100. Dead after 4 years/3 years of light use. I did like the variable speed, and A+ for being able to reach between my shoulder blades. Unfortunately, after 4 years of ownership (and not using it for the last year), the battery is inoperable. I left it unplugged, then went to charge it again last week - I just get red/green flashing lights, and no power (even after overnight). My only option is a $50 battery. If I absolutely loved the massager, I might go for that, but in the end, it did not work on my tendonitis in my forearm (attachments were too pointy or too diffused, or just not right - too much or too little action), so I am going to try another brand.

The massager works great; It’s our 2nd one. The shipping took an extremely long time, however, which was disappointing.

Not Fixed!!😟 The pure wave came back fairly quickly. However, it worked for me twice and now will not charge. It hasn’t been fixed. What is the next step? Not happy!
