Shipping was slow, but needed it to replace missing parts my kids had lost.

I previously had a CM5 but after 10 plus years started giving me some trouble. I asked for a lighter weight massager and was told that a lighter one would not have the kind of power I want so I was sent a CM7 with attachments. I like the power on it but still the weight of the hand held massager is too heavy for me because I have two compromised shoulders. I guess I have to keep it since I cannot have both a lightweight equipment and the kind of power I would have liked.

The website was hard to navigate. The device itself seems helpful, after less than a week. Very speedy delivery.

The product itself is not at fault but $50 to install a battery is so expensive. Why can you not just sell the battery to us and let us install it ourself?

Great massager! Is my second one. Bought first one about 8-10 yrs ago, but old one’s battery has finally begun failing (I use it a lot!), so decided to get a new one.

I have had a PureWave for many years…I believe from the launch. It is my go to for many things…multi use tool for health. The website showed no inventory so I contacted customer service and received a prompt reply which directed me to similar massagers that were in stock. I placed the order and received my PureWave within 5 days. I was so grateful for the response and fast shipping. I appreciate the product and I appreciate the support.
