I bought an open box, the page said 2 year warranty. Wasnt until after I paid, it said I only had a 1 year warranty.
After numerous exchanges wityh, support, showing video, screen shots, etc, they refsued to honor it.
So I've escalated it up to paypal.
I've got 3 of these, one crapped out at a year, and I still need to send it back under warranty yet. So I'm abit senstive to only a 1 year warranty.
Sure, I can just buy a square trade warranty for around 35$, but thats not the point. I do like the units though, but the customer service was very lacking in this case.

I had a massager that had died a year or so ago. I found that I could send it in to have it fixed. I spent the $50 plus tax and paid about $24 to ship it. I came back in a couple of weeks and works well. For over $75 I am not sure it was worth it versus buying an upgraded new one, but I am happy it is now working!
