I use the Pure Wave every day in my Chiropractic clinic. High quality product, built well, has plenty of power for deep pressure on large muscle groups. Any dealings with their customer service department have been great!

My massager was delivered promptly and was in perfect condition. I am using it now and I love it. It loosens up the tightness in my upper back and lower back allowing me to move around more easily with less pain.

Ease of use - the company should consider international shipping. I had to ship to a relative and have them bring the item to me on their next trip. International is where the big money lies.
