I am excited to say that my cordless massager arrived in the mail today after being serviced (wouldn’t hold a charge.). It works perfectly now and I am grateful to have it back. However, I am curious as to what the problem was as there was no explanation enclosed. That is the reason for 4 star and not 5 star rating.

You were very explicit and accurate in delivery info which was great because of course the customer is anxious to receive their order.

I read the reviews before sending back my massager for a new battery, and they were correct. Great experience. Got it back in less than a month start to finish. Highly recommended.
